Wifi Service Schedule
This Service Schedule for Wifi Services is made by and between Compare Switch and you and is part of the Agreement between the Parties.
In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this Service Schedule and the General Terms and Conditions, this Service Schedule will take precedence.
Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement.
Definitions
“Wifi Service” means the Compare Switch Wifi service described in clause 2.
“Users” means any person who uses or attempts to use the Wifi Service from Your Premises.
Service Description
The Wifi Service consist of our public wireless internet access service which we provide to Users at your Premises.
The Wifi Service enables Users at your Premises to connect to the internet using Wifi enabled devices including laptops, smartphones and tablets.
Use Wifi Service
To gain access to the Wifi Service, Users will be required to agree to a set of terms and conditions that govern use of the Wifi Services.
We will monitor the activity of Users at your Premises within the provisions of the Privacy Policy that Users agree to when registering for the Wifi Service.
You will inform any potential Users who enquire of the availability of the Wifi Services at your Premises.
Should you suffer any deterioration in the speed of your Broadband Service, we will, at your request, limit the total usage of bandwidth at the Compare Switch public Wifi hotspot at your Premises to enable you to continue to perform your normal business with a good level of service.
You will not permit any other provider to provide services similar to the Wifi Services at the Premises.
